If half-open housings with a transformer look or extremely small specimens are no longer special enough, only color can help. Cougars Conquer Mini and Cooler Masters Master NR200P wear pink and stand out from the white-gray-black monotony of the tower landscape.

The shape of the Conquer Mini is still based on the Cougar Conquer 1 and not on the far more extravagant Conquer 2. The design is not only unusual from the outside. The half-open chassis tilts hardware 45 degrees backwards. The power supply unit therefore slides directly behind the front and must not be longer than 150 millimeters in order to prevent a collision with the front panel.
Graphics cards must not be more than 314 millimeters long, coolers only 145 millimeters high. The model is designed more for water cooling: One 240 mm radiator fits under the top and one behind the front. Fans themselves are not included in the scope of delivery.

“Mini” is once again just a name for a relation: Compared to the normal Conquer, the Mini is small, but with a volume of around 60 liters it is otherwise large, especially for its Micro-ATX -Form factor. The case currently costs around 228 euros in retail, which is not unusual for a semi-open show case.
Cooler Master builds really small
The Cooler Master NR200P is actually small, and with a volume of less than 20 liters it stows mini-ITX components, large graphics cards and sufficiently powerful coolers. In the Sakura Limited Edition, the NR200P wears a subtle pink that also covers slot covers and mesh grids. The interior, the feet and accents on the outer skin are kept white. Changes to the housing remain of a cosmetic nature, nothing changes in the properties and scope of delivery.
There is a noticeable surcharge for the “Cherry Blossom Edition”: it currently costs around 110 euros in direct sales from Cooler Master, while the simple NR200P in black or white is available from 85 euros.
