Google has a removal utility released that add-ons, extensions, and other programs, a situation that would cause problems for the Windows version of the Chrome browser. The tool must have the security when using Chrome fitting.
In the description of the software removaltool, Google has the still wide on the scanning programs that ‘problems can veroorzaaken’, but the dialog box after the scan has explicitly about ‘suspicious programs’ and not to be found. The tool can add-ons and extensions, remove that malicious behavior. Google is more and more forced the security screws as the Chrome more explicitly puts forward as a kind of operating system with apps such as the Chrome OS as a separate OS already explicitly does. Not all browsermalware is also undone after a clean install of the browser.
The tool requires no installation, and it shows after the scan is only a simple dialog box with the result. It is preliminary to a trial for only the Windows version of Chrome. Google recommends a restore point for the system for the rotation of the tool. The application must be according to Google, not to be seen as a virus scanner, and detects only certain types of browsermalware. Google publishes a list of malicious programs where the tool on the scans.
