Microsoft is working on an early launch of the Android apps under Windows 11, which are obtained via the Amazon Appstore adapted for the latest Windows and run via the Windows subsystem for Android, also in Germany and other countries. So far, the feature is only available in the USA and Japan.
Amazon Appstore is running in Germany for the first time
Microsoft has started rolling out the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) version 2207.40000.8.0 via Windows Update in waves. As the Deskmodder website first reported, the Amazon Appstore should also be able to be used in Germany for the first time, which speaks for an early start of the compatibility layer in Germany as well.

While the subsystem in this country still has to be fed via the third-party apps “WSATools” and “WSA Toolbox”, which serve as app installers for the Android packages (.APK), the latest WSA v2207.40000.8.0 has so far only then downloaded when Windows 11 US localization is enabled.
Subsystems get more attention

Windows 11 2022 should bring Android apps for everyone
The official release of Windows 11 2022 at the latest, which initially has to do without tabs in the file explorer, should bring Android apps under Windows 11 to the masses. The selection of corresponding apps is currently still very small, but this should change at the start.
