It was when the police made a visit to the home of a family in Botkyrka in February that it was discovered that the whole family lived in the home, even though the population register said otherwise.

The family had previously examined in several criminal investigations regarding weapons, drugs and fraud.

After the visit, the Tax Agency decided to change the father's address. Something he could not accept, so he contacted the administrator behind the decision and threatened to sign up at her home.

This summer, the man was charged with trying to sign up at the administrator's villa in Täby. The prosecutor believes that the crime is serious.

– This is a different form of writing at the wrong address and I have also prosecuted for other crimes that make it all serious. This gives the court the opportunity to try whether it is serious. This is completely untried, says chamber prosecutor Susanne Öhbom to Hem och hyra.
