Media. Expressen correspondent Magda Gad is criticized for pointing out an adult Afghan in a militant militia as an innocent child who fell victim to the Taliban.

“This is what it looks like. At the same time, many Swedes' biggest headaches are that children like this should try to get to Europe. I guess you are happy now.”

This is how Magda writes Gad in a now deleted post on Twitter. An attached picture shows a dead body that the Expressen profile thus claims is a child.

The user Christer Sfeir has, however, produced evidence that the “child” is in fact an adult man belonging to the so-called Sangori militia who died in battle with the Taliban.

Magda Gad's Twitter page is full of with or less hysterical outbursts against both Taliban and Swedes, which she accuses of worrying more about immigration than about the situation in Afghanistan.

She is now being criticized, among other things, by Member of Parliament Hanif Bali (M).

” Still some kind of tragic irony that journalists cannot make a difference between grown men and children in Afghanistan “, Bali writes on Twitter .

Magda Gad responds by accusing Hanif Bali of “spreading Taliban propaganda”.
