Domestic. Police officer Andreas Danman, who was shot dead in Biskopdsgården in Gothenburg on June 30, was buried yesterday. It reports several media outlets.

The funeral ceremony was held in Vasakyrkan in central Gothenburg. The funeral was an honorary funeral where both uniformed police and personnel from the Armed Forces were present.
Vasakyrkan is said to have been crowded with 125 people, the maximum number of visitors due to the corona pandemic, at the funeral. In addition, more people could follow it via a live broadcast in another room. Later in the afternoon, a memorial service was held at the veteran monument in Färjenäs on Hisingen, which was open to the public.
17-year-old Sakariye Ali Ahmed is still in custody on suspicion of the murder of Andreas Danman. He has previously been convicted of attempted murder.
