As the website mydrivers.com reports, citing an as yet unpublished press release, MediaTek will introduce the new MediaTek Dimensity 1300T especially for high-end tablets today.
How According to the leaked announcement, the new SoC, manufactured in 6 nm (6N) at TSMC, is to be based on four ARM Cortex-A78 with its fast “Ultra Core” and three “Super Cores” as well as four economical “Efficiency Cores” based on the ARM Cortex-A55 and combine this with a GPU of the type Mali-G77 MC9 with 9 compute units.
According to the GSMArena website, the new SoC have a 30 percent faster CPU, a 40 percent faster GPU and 82 percent higher Ai performance. It is not clear which SoC the Dimensity 1300T was compared with. Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 and 870 are the direct competition.
Premiere in the new Honor V7 Pro
As the website Sparrows News reports, the upcoming high-end tablet Honor V7 Pro will be the first customer for the MediaTek Dimensity 1300T.
