Acer brings new Android and Windows tablets from

Acer has launched its range of tablets has been extended with three new models. It comes to the Iconia Tab 8 W with Windows 8.1 With Bing and Android 4.4-models Iconia Tab 10 and Iconia One 8. In October all models available.

The Windows model is one of the first tablets released with Windows 8.1 With Bing. This cheaper version of the operating system is designed for manufacturers that cheap devices on the market. The difference with the conventional version of Windows is that Internet Explorer is set with Bing as the default search engine, something that users, however, can change. The tablet is a free one-year subscription to Office 365 included.

The Iconia Tab 8 W has an Atom Z3735G processor from Intel, which has four cores and a clock speed of 1.33 GHz. The 8″screen has a resolution of 1280×800 pixels, and Acer claims that the battery is about eight hours, but it is unclear to what use this is true. There is both a camera on the front and the back, but Acer doesn’t mention how many megapixels they have.

The Iconia tablets Tab 10 and One 8 run both on Android 4.4. The screen diagonal is respectively 10″ and 8″, with a resolution of 1920×1080 and 1280×800 pixels. In the case of the Tab 10 is of an unspecified quadcore-soc from MediaTek built-in, while the One 8 have to do with the Z3735G which is also in the Tab 8 W runs.

According to the manufacturer, the Iconia Tab 10 this month in Europe, for a price of 199 euros. The other two models coming in October on the market and have 149 euro also the same price.
