Huawei is working on thin smartphone with resolution of 2560×1440 pixels

There are rumors that Huawei is working on a high-endsmartphone under the name Ascend Sx. The device would be 6.9 mm thin and a screen resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. Inside housing is running a new soc from Huawei themselves that 64bits instructions can handle.

Reports that the Chinese site MyDrivers. The new S-series of Huawei would be a combination between the design of the current P-series and the high-endspecificaties of the D-series, according to MyDrivers. It would be in the rumors mentioned Sx is equipped with a display with unknown diagonal and a high resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. Expected to be several manufacturers in the long term with smartphones that have such a high resolution.

In the casing would Huawei a soc of his own making have built. The exact specifications are not known, but the soc would 64bit-instructions to cope. Huawei would this year, however, still a number of own soc’s to the world, of which two octacore. That last was, incidentally by Huawei already confirmed.

Would the Sx come with 16GB storage and 3GB ram. For photos, there is a 16-megapixel camera, while the battery capacity is 3050mAh. Huawei would be for the Sx in an amount of 5000 yuan handle, that translated amounts to little more than 600 euro. It is unclear where and when the device should come on the market.
