W. Axl Rose loses case against Activision for Guitar Hero III

In a preliminary ruling, asked a U.s. judge Guns N’ Roses singer W. Axl Rose all in the wrong. The requirement of the singer is now finally rejected. The singer demanded 20 million dollars from publisher Activision, but was his demand to be let in, the court concluded.

According to the San Marino Tribune, Charles Palmer, judge at Los Angeles Superior Court, the requirement of Guns N’ Roses singer W. Axl Rose rejected. The singer began at the end of 2010 a lawsuit because publisher Activision the beeldtenis of former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Saul Hudson, better known by his stage name Slash, used in Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. According to Rose there was an agreement that there will be no reference to Slash or his new band Velvet Revolver would be in the game from 2007. Judge Charles Palmer found, however, that Rose’s claim was late filed.
