Intel has its 22nm Ivy Bridge-processorserie announced. The Ivy Bridge processors, the new Tri-Gate transistors contain, consist of quad-core Core i5 and i7 cpus for both the into near total dominance as the mobile segment.
In total brings Intel four quad-core Core i7 cpus and five Core i5-processors in the Ivy Bridge-series for the into near total dominance, while for the mobile market, five Core i7 models. The top model, the Core i7-3770K has a clock speed of 3.5 GHz and a turbo of 3.9 GHz, with a tdp of 77W. A second series of Ivy Bridge cpus, consisting of Core i3 and Core i5 processors, according to Intel this spring to purchase, together with a number of ulv models.
