In a lawsuit between Apple and Samsung in Australia lwa, Samsung has indicated damages to be suffered by telcos who offer their customers to give discount on the iPhone. Due to high discounts, there would be less left for Samsung products.
Samsung has requested the court order Apple to force agreements with telecom providers to make it public, so it can be assessed what the impact on the smartphone market. This is part of the lawsuit that Samsung has filed for a sales ban to enforce for the iPhone 4S.
