“Developer of Blacklight: Retribution stops after more than twenty years”

The independent gameontwikkelaar Zombie Studios closes after more than twenty years of its doors. One of the most famous titles in the last years of the studio have appeared, is Blacklight: Retribution. From the studio flows the company Builder Box to continue, that the employees takes over.

Over twenty years ago was the gamestudio founded, but the first games only came a year later on the market. It came to the games Ice & Fire, and Locus. That happened at that time still under the name Zombie LLC. Between 1999 and 2004, the company further as Zombie Inc, but that was later changed again, in Zombie Studios.

In over twenty years, Zombie Studios worked on more than thirty titles. The developer has games issued for a number of major consoles in that period are published. Zombie Studios has in the recent past, especially made a name in Blacklight: Retribution. The game is originally in 2012 for the pc published and at a later stage, appeared for the PlayStation 4. The game is free to play. Zombies Studios came in 2014 with the survival-horrorgame Daylight.
