West and Zampella want to now little release about their first game. Concept artist Iain mccaig’s is more talkative, and announces in a speech that the game that Respawn Entertainment is in production, until the end of 2015 appears on the market. Many more had mccaig’s however not: “I hate that I can not show where I work”, he held the audience for. The concept artist is, however, very happy about his new client. Work for Respawn is “the most exciting experience of my career,” says mccaig’s. He has a long record of service and worked on both films as well as games. Respawn Entertainment is primarily known as the studio of Jason West and Vince Zampella. The duo was to the beginning of 2010 in the service of Infinity Ward, where they are on the payroll as technical director and general director. The duo stood at the base of the Call of Duty franchise and Infinity Ward responsible for a variety of successful titles, with Modern Warfare 2 as outlier. That game was published in november 2009. After the release of it would West and Zampella calls are entered into with other publishers. For Activision, which owns Infinity Ward, that was reason for the duo to dismiss. The dismissal led to a series of lawsuits between the dismissed duo and Activision.

Shortly after their dismissal reported that West and Zampella that they were a new studio had been founded under the name of Respawn Entertainment. Meanwhile, several employees from Infinity Ward moved to Respawn. The studio announced in June that the first game works, already showed the company was not much more than an intentionally vague made screenshot. The game is published by Electronic Arts, that the development pays. EA was also the publisher that West and Zampella the conversations carried out to their dismissal led to.

Update, 16:45: mccaig’s now has something more to explain his ruling. Compared to GameSpot said the concept artist that he has no idea when the game of Respawn comes out. “2015 is my widste guess,” said mccaig’s request.
