Domestic. Two teenagers have been arrested for the murder of 39-year-old Mikael in Skärholmen. They are said to have both been at the scene of the murder.

The two detainees are 17 and 18 years old respectively, both Swedish citizens with an immigrant background from the Muslim world.< /p>

Both have now been detained on probable cause suspected of gross protection of a criminal,

The district court has decided that the prosecutor must bring charges by April 30, 2024 at the latest, but it is hardly likely that the preliminary investigation will can be completed within that time.

According to the police and the prosecutor, the duo at the scene by the underpass in Skärholmen when the fatal shooting took place, Ekot reports.

Mikael, 39, was shot in the face in front of his twelve-year-old son last the week when they would cycle to the swimming pool. Before he was shot, he had spoken out against a gang at the tunnel.

Police believe two to three more people were at the scene of the murder, and intensive efforts are underway to arrest them.
