Around twelve-minute gameplay trailer

In A Plague Tale: Requiem, players once again follow Amicia and her little brother Hugo in 14th century Europe's plague-stricken Middle Ages. This time, however, we don't go through the slums and sewers of France, but to the Mediterranean Sea. Throughout the story, you must protect Hugo, who is cursed and equipped with mysterious abilities while searching for a cure. The opponents are the knights of the inquisition and an aggressive plague of rats. A trailer lasting around twelve minutes gives further insights.

Apart from the content, the developers expressed themselves also on the technology, albeit only briefly. A Plague Tale: Requiem will implement ray tracing and support Nvidia's AI anti-aliasing DLSS on PC. It is not known for which graphic effects ray tracing is used – usually the rays are used to represent light and shadows as well as reflections more realistically. Likewise, all details on the system requirements are missing.
