Daily Paper Earbuds from Beats

The Beats Studio Buds were released last year in black, white and red colours. Later, Beats added even more colors. But if you're looking for something really special, these Daily Paper earphones are what you need. It originated from a collaboration with the Amsterdam clothing brand Daily Paper, which was (co-)founded by Abderrahmane Trabsini. According to him, music is also very important to Daily Paper, which is why they took inspiration from the hip-hop culture of the 80s and 90s for the current SS22 collection. The graffiti ears are in the same style.

The charging case is dotted with graffiti texts, while the ears have a red Daily Paper logo. Technically they are the same as the previously released Beats Studio Buds. They don't have a stick, but mostly disappear in your ear. The button still sticks out of your ear on the outside. This can be pressed to switch on transparency mode, for example. They are equipped with active noise cancellation and have six microphones.

The biggest disadvantage of these earphones is that they do not have an H1 or W1 chip. They just continue to play when you take out an earpiece, because there is no ear recognition in it. Which you can easily pair with your iPhone, iPad and, if necessary, with an Android device. If you want to know more, read our Beats Studio Buds review. The special edition will be available from May 26 in Daily Paper stores and online for the usual price of £149. Incidentally, there was also a Beats Studio3 with Daily Paper print, as can be seen on Trabsini's Instagram account.

The Beats Studio Buds cost €149.95 at Apple but elsewhere you will often find better prices.
