We hardly watch traditional TV anymore. Streaming video services like Apple TV+ (try for free), Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video are more important than ever. But local providers such as Videoland, Film1 and Ziggo also have plenty to offer. More series are added every week and it is nice if you know which series, films and documentaries really stand out. We have therefore made a selection.

New on Apple TV+: The Problem With Jon Stewart

Jon Stewart shouted ‘coincidentally’ that there is so much beauty to experience on Apple TV+, a day before his own show premiered. The former host of The Daily Show returns to television in a format similar to Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. Stewart gives several people a stage during the 1 hour long talk shows. Apple has already ordered a second season, so fans have something to look forward to.
