Abroad. The red-green parties in Germany want to impose speed limits on the Autobahn if they win the election.

The parties refer, among other things, to the fact that it would “reduce emissions” from the transport sector if you removed free speed on the German motorway, writes SVT Nyheter Utrikes.
Autobahn is internationally known for to completely lack speed limits on certain routes.
Several parties state before the election to the Bundestag later in September that they want to introduce a speed limit of 120-130 km/h.
The last question was up in the Bundestag, in 2019, there was a definite no to speed limits.
