Domestic. A male nurse in her 30s has been arrested at Gävle District Court on probable cause on suspicion of having raped a woman in Gävle hospital premises, writes Gefle Dagblad.

In total, there will be three rapes over a longer period of time.
According to GD, it is the same woman who has returned and been raped again and again during a six-month period, which in Sweden does not rule out a conviction for rape.
District Attorney Therese Stensson claims that the man should be detained for not being able to remove evidence. The district court has upheld the arrest because the penalty for rape is imprisonment for two years.
The man has previously been unpunished and denies the crime.
