Domestic. Three IS women and six of their children are expected at Arlanda on Sunday. They have been expelled by the Kurdish regime in Syria, which demands that Sweden bring them to justice.

The women, who are escorted by the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, are expected according to SVT Nyheter to be flown to Turkey on Monday and then on to Sweden.
According to Ekot, one of the women is said to have recruited women in Sweden to The Islamic State.
The Kurdish government in northern Syria, which holds the IS camps, has deported the women to Sweden with demands that they be brought to justice when they arrive.
How it will be with that thing, however, remains to be seen. Former returning IS fighters rather received “support”, grants and free housing when they returned to Sweden.
According to Swedish Radio's foreign correspondent Cecilia Uddén, the women state that they “regret” that they joined IS.

– They are remorseful but at the same time want to maintain their Muslim identity, as they say. They are trying to raise their children according to Islam. They consider themselves misunderstood and tell me that they do not pose a threat, says Uddén.
