Domestic. Thursday is Uniform at Work Day. Then Sweden's Home Guard soldiers may wear uniforms at their civilian work with the permission of the employer.

Participation in Uniform on the job day is voluntary and Home Guard soldiers may also wear uniforms at “other suitable activity” on the day in question.
With its forty battalions, the Home Guard is a national base plate for defense of Sweden and makes up almost half of the Armed Forces' personnel. In addition to military tasks, the Home Guard participates in crises such as forest fires, floods and in the search for missing persons. The purpose is to make visible and arouse interest in the Home Guard, draw attention to the employers who support Home Guard soldiers and to celebrate the voluntary commitment.
