Abroad. Transsexual Youtube profile Christine Weston Chandler, 39, has been arrested for raping her own 79-year-old mother. But the police have classified him as a woman and he must therefore be detained in a women's ward, reports the Daily Mail.

The video blogger, known as “Chris Chan”, was arrested on Monday in Virginia.
The arrest was preceded by a leaked recorded conversation. In the conversation, Chandler is said to have admitted that he regularly raped his 79-year-old mother, who is said to suffer from dementia.
According to the Daily Mail, the 39-year-old has been classified as a woman by the police and he is therefore being held at the Central Virginia Regional Jail . This despite the fact that he is biologically a man.
He is suspected of the crime of incest, which can result in up to twelve years in prison. He's lived with his mother for many years, according to the Daily Mail.
Chandler's arrest in Richmond was captured on video: end of 2014.
He has over 50,000 subscribers on his Youtube channel and is known for having created the character Sonichu, a cross between the video game characters Pikachu and Sonic the Hedgehog.
