For the moment, the Government has not yet decided to refinance the incentives for the purchase of new cars. From the Lombardy Region, on the other hand, there is good news. The regional government, after the great success of the tender launched a few months ago, has decided to modify and integrate the previous measure to relaunch these incentives. Let's see the details.

NEW RULES
Specifically, & egrave; it was decided to bring forward the 18 million euros foreseen for 2022 , supplementing them with an additional 12 million euros . Overall, now, the Lombardy Region will put & agrave; on the plate 30 million euros with the aim of encouraging the purchase of low or zero emission cars. Here's how the new economic resources will be managed.
- & quot; Line A & quot ;: 12 million euros will be used to directly reimburse those people who had submitted the application with the first call but who had not been able to book the contribution as the resources had already gone; exhausted. People who in the meantime already have; purchased the car.
- & quot; Line B & quot ;: 18 million euros for all those who complete the purchase of the car at authorized dealers, who will anticipate the contribution to the beneficiary and will then receive reimbursement from the Region. (pre-emption for those who had submitted an application in the previous call)
& Egrave; provided for an initial window reserved for individuals who already had; applied for the previous call but that they had not been able to reserve the resources due to their exhaustion. This window will be; active from 10 am on 17 June to 12 noon on 28 June; subsequently, on 30 June the measure will be; open to all other subjects in possession of the requirements (Line B only). The priority is given according to the chronological order of the submission of the application. Each beneficiary can & ograve; submit only one application for contribution.
Applications must be submitted through the Bandionline platform. As for the & quot; Line A & quot; citizens have to do it. In the case of & quot; Line B & quot ;, only the seller/dealer authorized to sell can & agrave; book the regional contribution on the Bandionline portal.
The incentive will be provided for the purchase of a category M1 car (pursuant to art. 47 of the Highway Code) newly registered or registered after 1 & deg; January 2020, in the name of a vehicle manufacturer or a seller/dealer, able to guarantee very low or zero emissions of pollutants on the basis of the principle of neutrality; technological, based on the emission values of Pm10, Nox and Co2 pollutants.
At the same time as the purchase, the citizen must also arrange for the scrapping of a Euro 0, 1 or 2 petrol or diesel car up to Euro 5, of which he & rsquo; egrave; owners from before January 1st 2020. Export abroad is also valid but only for diesels up to Euro 5. The obligation of scrapping does not apply in case of purchase of electric vehicles or Fuel Cells To access the incentives of the & quot; Line B & quot; & egrave; It is necessary for the seller to apply a discount of at least 12% on the list price of the base model, net of any optional equipment or of at least 2,000 euros in the case of zero-emission cars. The incentivized cars cannot be sold for 24 months.
NEW INCENTIVES
The incentive scheme is; been modified to allow contributions to be made to a greater number of people. The funds of the first call were burned in 25 hours and 3,209 citizens obtained the incentive.
- 4,000 euros for zero-emission cars (pure electric or hydrogen); 2,000 euros (without radiation);
- 2,500 euros for cars with CO2 emissions & le; 60 g/km and NoX & le; 85.8 mg/km (euro 6D petrol, methane, LPG or hybrid);
- 2,000 euro per car of Co2 & le; 60 g/km and with NoX & le; 126 mg/km (euro 6D-Temp petrol, methane, LPG or hybrid or euro 6D diesel);
- 2,000 euro for cars with emissions 60 & lt; Co2 & le; 110 g/km and with NoX & le; 85.8 mg/km (euro 6D petrol, methane, LPG or hybrid);
- 1,500 euros with emissions 60 & lt; Co2 & le; 110 g/km and with NoX & le; 126 mg/km (Euro 6D-Temp petrol, methane, LPG or hybrid or Euro 6D diesel);
- 1,500 euros with emissions 110 & lt; Co2 & le; 145 g/km and with NoX & le; 85.8 mg/km (Euro 6D petrol, methane, LPG or hybrid);
- 1,000 euros with emissions 110 & lt; Co2 & le; 145 g/km and with NoX & le; 126 mg/km (Euro 6D-Temp petrol, methane, LPG or hybrid or Euro 6D diesel).

MOTORCYCLE INCENTIVES
The Lombardy Region makes it known that these incentives have not achieved the hoped-for success and that the measure will be; closed on June 30th. The Region will work with trade associations to re-propose a call for proposals on the target with updated criteria.
