Abroad. The Kurdish regime in northern Syria has announced that IS women from Sweden who are in their camps will be deported during the autumn. It reports Swedish Radio.

The Kurds made the announcement during a meeting with the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Exactly how many women and children with Swedish citizenship are in the Al Hol and Roj camps in northeastern Syria is unclear . The Ministry of Foreign Affairs estimates that there are about 20 women and about 30 children, writes SR.
The women who are to be deported are those against whom the Kurds do not have enough evidence to prosecute. The Kurds are in talks with Sweden and other governments that will also receive their IS women.
