The message comes after Twitter deleted a tweet by Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari.
In the post, Buhari threatened to deal with people in the southwestern part of the country whom he accuses of having was behind attacks on infrastructure in the region.
According to the African country's government, Twitter has been “undermining” Nigeria.
On Saturday, several mobile operators in Nigeria had already blocked Twitter, writes France24.
