A Skåne-based software company has quietly succeeded in something that many other start-up companies only dream of – achieving multi-million turnover and profit, without a single penny in venture capital . FossID in Malmö is now being bought by British-American Snyk, which is valued at several billion dollars and is tipped to be on its way to the stock market.

FossID has the majority of its development department in Hamnpaviljongens in Malmö Building Pavilion. from the popular Saltimporten's restaurant, there are about 20 people who form the backbone of the development department at the software company FossID.
