NEW PLATFORM
The novelty more interesting & egrave; that the company is working on a new platform that is lightweight and & quot; ultra-efficient & quot; dedicated specifically to small electric vehicles. Developed to be flexible, & egrave; was designed to serve as a basis for different types of segment B battery-powered cars. There are no particular details about it but we are talking about a small SUV and a compact delivery van.
The car that will be born from this platform will have; a length of about 4 meters but will have; few similarities with the T27 electric microcar presented several years ago. The company will focus a lot on reducing the weights of electric vehicles. The goal is to be able to have more motors, batteries and inverters; compact and efficient.
Obviously, the Gordon Murray Group (GMG) did not & egrave; forgot about hypercars in his new growth plan. The company has, in fact, confirmed that it is developing a new supercar that will have; of a Cosworth V12 engine . Currently known as Project Two , it will feature; for less complex aerodynamics than that of the T.50. In particular, it seems that losing & agrave; the rear fan. Debutter & agrave; within a few years after all the T.50s have been produced. Then a hybrid supercar will arrive (in 2026) and towards the end of the decade a high-performance electric model.
