3D Realms makes a re-appearance in the game industry. The developer came a few years ago in financ lwa le difficulties, but will now return with new members and games. The company brings first the 3D Realms Anthology bundle.

The bundle consists of 32 games, including several from the Duke Nukem series. Games like Wacky Wheels, Bio Menace, Major Stryker, Wolfenstein 3D and Shadow Warrior are also included in the package. The beam has an initial promotional price of $ 19.99, converted about 15,78 euros, but after the offer doubles the price. The games can also, however, a piece can be purchased. The games have no drm protection and have partial controller support.

3D Realms was founded in 1987 under the name Apogee Software. In the 90’s, the business came mainly on the world map by the Duke Nukem series. In the last years it was, however, less energetic, giving the company a part of his staff had to dismiss.

The developer was at the beginning of the current calendar year, acquired by Interceptor Entertainment, the developer behind the Rise of the Triad reboot from 2013. Meanwhile, 3D Realms, so the new employees hired and the intention is to again games to produce.
