The Chinese government has been invaded at the offices of Microsoft in four cities in the country. Also, there is an official investigation into the company opened. It is unclear, however, where the research is about; it’s about cooperation with Us spionagediensten.

Both Microsoft and the Chinese government have the raid on Microsoft offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu confirmed, but do not indicate where the research focuses on, according to the South China Morning Post. Microsoft has pledged to ‘actively cooperate with the investigation’.

May be the invasion to do with espionage. Early last month expressed the Chinese state television allegations that Microsoft closely work with the American secret services. So would Microsoft backdoors have built-in software. Two weeks earlier forbade the Chinese government to the installation of Windows 8 on new overheidscomputers, for the sake of ‘security reasons’ – al, reported Reuters news agency that Windows 8 simply has too much energy it would consume.
