The Chinese TCL, which in the Netherlands mainly provides its products under the name of Thomson, will be out soon with a series that consists of two uhdtv’s. The most striking features of the tvs in this series are the suggested retail prices; these are, respectively, 700 and 1000 euros.
The TCL S7606-series appeared in a preliminary presentation of TCL for the IFA trade show this september and consists of a 40″ and a 49″tv that both have a 4k-resolution. The refresh rate is 200Hz and the devices feature active 3d support, smart tv functionality, and wi-fi.
