LG makes sdk for QuickCircle-cover available

LG has a ontwikkelaarskit issued for its QuickCircle-cover, at the beginning of July this year together with the LG G3 makes its appearance. With the sdk enables Android developers to target their apps to adapt to the interface of the QuickCircle cover.

At the end of may was at the announcement of the cover is already known that such an sdk would get. The QuickCircle is a flipcover that unlike Samsung’s S View Cover has a round opening, allowing users to access a number of features of the phone such as the camera, music player and clock. During the Google I/O on June 24, will LG go deeper into all the possibilities of the ontwikkelaarskit and a demonstration of the capabilities of all of its sdks.

The LG G3 will be out in early July in the Netherlands and the 16GB version will be on sale for 549 euro. The G3 is the first device to the Dutch market with a quad hd screen 2560×1440 pixels counts. The smartphone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801-soc and will be available in two variants, one with 16GB internal storage and 2GB of ram, and with 32GB internal storage and 3GB ram.
