Technologiefabrikant Zotac has a eye-catching new Zbox mini-pc revealed. The models from the new Sphere OI520-series have a black, bulbous body, with blue illuminated front edge. Zotac peace the first models with a Core i5.
The spherical design is not only intended to give users the choice for a striking system, but it is in accordance with the manufacturer’s also practical: “The new Zbox Sphere is one of the easiest to adjust; the top can be removed to rotate the tool-less upgrades.”
Zotac provides the model with Core i5-4200U-dual-core, with a clock speed of 1.6 GHz and tdp of 15W. The gpu is the Intel HD Graphics 4400. As usual, the manufacturer has a version of the Zbox with and a variant without memory and storage. The Sphere OI520 Plus includes 4GB ddr3 and a hdd of 500GB. What connectors there are three usb 2.0 ports, four 3.0-variants, hdmi, displayport, 4-in-1 card reader and gigabit ethernet, and there’s also support for wi-fi ac and bluetooth 4.0.
