Tuesday, the European Court of justice that search engines results, you must uninstall as that infringes on the privacy, even if the page that Google is linking to, it is legitimate. The EU court took a Spanish lawsuit under the microscope, in which a Spanish man complained that a newspaper article from 1998, in which he was called on Google to find. Because the newspaper article was about the auction of his house because of debts, he wanted to have the link removed from Google search results.

Viviane Reding, Commissioner for Justice, had himself a more nuanced picture about the ruling. According to her, proves the judgment of the EU court ruled that the legislation, which is still from the ‘digital stone age’ dates, in line with the practice.
