Vivendi sells half of the shares in Activision Blizzard

The French media group Vivendi, half of his shares in gameontwikkelingsstudio Activision Blizzard to sell. In total, the company will 41.5 million shares to sell, with a value of 850 million dollars, converted approximately 622 million euro.
