First part of Tales from the Borderlands will appear this summer

Telltale Games has released a first series of screenshots released of Tales from the Borderlands. The studio is at the same time known that the first part of the episodic game sometime this summer on the market. The game seems to appear for both the PlayStation as Xbox.

A lot more specific than ‘this summer’ makes Telltale Games the not notice. The studio is also not known when the next parts will appear, and how many parts it has planned. The series of screenshots gives a little more clarity about the platforms that the episodic game will appear because the studio has two variants of the same five screenshots release; a series with a PlayStation user interface, and a variant with an Xbox interface. For which variant of the two consoles the game will appear, however, is not clear.

Telltale announced Tales from the Borderlands in december. The game is based on the two Borderlands games that Gearbox Software has created. Where both games of Gearbox shooters, the game from Telltale is an adventure, just like the successful The Walking Dead-games of the studio.

In Tales from the Borderlands steps players alternately in the shoes of the two characters who already were in the trailer that Telltale neighbour in January. This Fiona and Rhys prove to be no Vault Hunters, the role players in the two Borderlands games from Gearbox Software. According to the developers from Telltale and Gearbox are both protagonists from the common people that the planet Pandora is inhabited. Fiona turns out to be a well-dressed oplichtster that it must have its verbal gifts. Rhys must have his robot arm.
