Belgian may need to 60.000 euros in damages to pay for download – update

A Belgian man threatens a compensation of more than 60,000 euros imposed on them because he movies, software and music had downloaded from the site belgium-scene. The administrators of that site have a settlement with the Belgian auteursrechtwaakhond BAF.
