Microsoft working on patch for stuttering tv picture in pal areas

Microsoft is working on an update for the problems that occur when there is with the Xbox One, to a television signal is examined in pal areas. Because the console is standard on 60Hz works and pal signals, but at 50Hz, the result is a stuttering video image.
