Security company FireEye buys professional Mandiant for a total of more than a billion dollars, converted more than 730 million euros. Mandiant is a company that other companies helps to remove malware and cyberaanvallers out the door to work.

FireEye pays equivalent to about 75 million euros in cash and gives the owners of Mandiant for 21.5 million shares and options in FireEye, which, according to the latest estimates, around 3,66 billion euro would be worth.
