Microsoft pulls Surface Pro 2 update after complaints about battery life

Microsoft has released an update for its Surface Pro 2 is removed, after reports from users that the battery life of the tablet greatly declined after the introduction of the new firmware. The update will only be in January to be re-released.

Then also, many users indicated that the battery life of their Surface Pro 2 was strongly reduced after applying the firmware update, Microsoft decided the roll out to stop. “We are working to get an alternative update package to bring after the holiday,” writes Microsoft on the Surface Pro 2 forum.
