Mushkin has the availability of four pcie-ssds in the Scorpion Deluxe series announced. The ssd’s have a pci-express connector and come in the store with capacities from 240 to 1920GB. The controllers get a maximum read speed of 2165MB/s.
Mushkins new ssd’s are modular and combine four sandforce SF2281 controllers, which allow a maximum sequential read speed of 2165MB/s can be achieved. Also, the sequential write speeds are high; maximum 1990MB/s would be possible.
