Ubuntu 13.10 will, by default, are equipped with the still under construction Mir-displayserver. Until now would Canonicals successor for more than thirty years old X.org only in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS to be included as a standard displayserver.
According to Ubuntu’s Mir in a short time has grown from an experimental displayserver to a fast and high quality part for the Ubuntu-desktop. Software is still a X.org Server needs in order to function will be in Ubuntu 13.10 to be able to rely on a full X. org-displayserver.
