Fujitsu introduces 14″-ultrabook with 3200×1800 pixels

Fujitsu in Japan the UH90-ultrabook ge lwa site with a 14″touchscreen, with a screen resolution of 3200×1800 pixels. The laptop, according to Fujitsu eleven hour wait on a full battery charge.

It is not the first laptop with such a resolution; last month, it announced that HP is also a 14″-ultrabook with the same resolution. The Fujitsu is equipped with an Intel Haswell Core i5-4200U processor, which works at 1.6 GHz. The working memory amounts to 4GB, and storage is a hybrid hard disk drive built-in of a total of 500GB, but it is unclear which part of them consists of flash memory.

To connect an external monitor, as possible, to make the ultrabook a mini-dispayport, and a hdmi output that is suitable for 4k images to send out. Further he gets two usb 3.0 connectors, an sd card reader and an ethernet jack.

For now, the laptop is only available in Japan, but Fujitsu confirms opposite Tweakers that the ultrabook also comes to the Netherlands. Probably he will get here a different name and he is more focused on the business market. This is already evident from the fingerprint reader, but the Dutch version will also have a dock. It is expected that the laptop in the Netherlands in september available and is the price around 1300 euros.
