Asus has during its Computex press conference, a new 7″-Android-tablet-announced that only $ 129 it will cost. The MemoPad HD 7 has quadcore-soc MediaTek and has a screen resolution of 1280×800 pixels.
Appearance, the new tablet is a lot like Asus’ own Nexus 7, though the back is now a shiny type of plastic rather than rigid plastic. The 7″touchscreen has a resolution of 1280×800 pixels and uses ips technology for good viewing angles. The used system-on-a-chip is the 8125 from MediaTek, a quad-core design based on the efficient Cortex A7-processor architecture.
