On april 11 kept the Consumers ‘ association and the COAX.nl consultation with UPC in order to find a solution for the problems with the Horizon mediabox. Bart Combée, director of the Consumers ‘ association makes the result of the talks: “Customers at the speed of their UPC subscription want to increase or who has a subscription with recording function, UPC want, that from Monday 22 april to do without the Horizon mediabox need to order.”

Update, Monday, 14:38: The alternative media box with recording capability and can adjust from 29 april to be ordered, and so notifies the Consumer. From this week, only the alternative media box without recording capability can be ordered.
