Asetek sues Cooler Master because of patents on water coolers

Asetek, a manufacturer of waterkoelingsystemen for laptops, desktops and servers, Cooler Master being sued because the new Seidon water coolers patents from Asetek would violate. In any case, the Cooler Master Seidon 120M and 240M models.

The lawsuit revolves around the patents 8245764 and 8240362 in the United States. Both patents cover a maintenance-free system, in which a pump and a radiator are included. According to Techpowerup has Asetek already before the Seidon water coolers in the store were a sommatiebrief to Cooler Master sent.
