In the online-benchmarkdatabase of Sisoft are benchmarks of Intel’s new, not yet released processor from the Haswell generation, is published. It would go to gpu-benchmarks, where the most powerful version, the GT3, was tested.

Intel will have Haswell-generation processors (three different gpu versions apply. The least powerful of them has codenamed GT1, the medium variant is GT2, and the most powerful version is the GT3. That last is actually composed of two GT2’s. For now, Intel the specifications and especially the number of so-called execution units, not released yet, but the GT2 version would be 20 eu’s and the GT3, there would be 40. The names of the various GT versions for end users, would be analogous to the current gpus in Ivy Bridge, HD Graphics 4600 for the GT2 and HD Graphics 5200 for the GT3 sound.

In the on-line database of Sisoft, the manufacturer of benchmark software Sandra, are benchmark results of the GT3 gpu published. The Intel HD Graphics 5200 was tested in a Shark Bay client platform; that is Intel’s codename for Haswell-based systems. The gpu would be at speeds from 600MHz to 800MHz and 1.8 GB, 1600MHz clocked, ddr3 memory work. During a demonstration of a Haswell system at the CES was the GT3 compared to a GT 650M-video card from Nvidia. Both gpu’s would when playing DiRT similar performance.
