Xs4all has a portfolio of adsl internet subscriptions simplified and offers only two packages. Customers with a Lite, Basic or Fast plan, get through the transition a speed increase or reduction.
Xs4all offers as of this week, only two types of internet subscriptions to: the Internet-Based and Internet Tools. This is the vdsl or adsl packages; in addition, it offers Xs4all, two fiber-optic internetpaketten: Glass Base and Glass Extra, with respectively symmetrical 50Mbps and 100Mbps.
Of adsl subscriptions is Internet Go, as before, is not actively offered, but for existing customers, nothing changes. Internet Start will only be a name change to Internet-Based and will retain the same speeds and price. Internet Lite, Basic, and Fast going on in Internet Tools. For Lite users, this means that their up – and download speeds of respectively 2Mbps and 20Mbps for the same price doubled to 4 mbps and 40Mbps, provided that the speed available at their location.
Basic retains the current speed and will get a price reduction of 55,92 € per month to 40,67 per month. For Fast is the price cut even 35,59 euro per month, but the monthly 40,67 euro per month comes 20,34 euro for the hosting of a website. The changes will be in October, november and december have been made and Xs4all sends customers in the coming weeks a letter about the consequences for their subscription.
