Windows Phone 8-phones to use Snapdragon S4 Plus soc

The first smartphones with Windows Phone 8 will run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus chipset. The system-on-a-chip is already to be found in, for example, the HTC One S and there is currently a shortage of these on 28nm-produced processor.
