Google its smartphone Galaxy Nexus from its Play Store met. That probably has to do with the sales ban that a judge imposed at the expense of Apple. Customizing of software have the sale again.

Last week explained to an American court for a sales ban after Apple likely had made that Google and Samsung with the Galaxy Nexus infringed on four different patents of the company. One of those patents relates to a universal search engine which, following a search term, results are shown from a variety of sources.

If the sale next week resumes will that be possible with a custom version of the recently announced Android Jelly Bean. Google and Samsung have to say already have a patch ready that the patentschending partly reverse. The patch would be the result of a search on the device, simplify: instead of both on the web and on the phone itself is searched, the users would direct the web results of the search. The search in both the telefooncontent if on the web is already a long time in Android. Apple used this technology in the Spotlight feature of iOS.

Instead of a button, with which the smartphone can be bought, there is now only that the device soon will be available. In a reaction to website The Verge let Google know that this is a temporary situation; next week, the sale would be resumed. It is unclear whether the software change is sufficient to make the sale possible.
